Eton mess aux fraises

Salut à tous, une recette d'origine anglaise avec des fraises, de la chantilly et de la meringue.

Couper les fraises et ajouter les meringues concassées. Ajoutez quelques gouttes de jus de citron.

Monter la chantilly et en mélanger une partie avec les fraises.

Répartir dans des coupes en alternant couche de fraises et couche de chantilly.

Terminer par de la chantilly.

C'est pas très léger mais j'ai refait la recette avec du skyr et c'est tout aussi bon.
