Cannelloni cabillaud et fenouil

Salut à tous, des cannellonis avec une garniture de poisson et de fenouil.

Le fenouil est émincé et cuit à la poêle. Les filets de cabillaud sont crus pour éviter la surcuisson.

J'utilise des plaques de lasagnes fraîches qui sont souples et peuvent se rouler facilement.

Couper le cabillaud et le mélanger avec le fenouil.

Faire une sauce béchamel assez liquide et ajouter les pluches du fenouil hachées.

Garnir les plaques de lasagnes et les rouler.

Napper les de sauce.

Faire cuire au four une trentaine de minutes.

Vous pouvez aussi les faire dans des plats à gratin individuels.
